Consolidated Debt Service means, with respect to the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries on a Consolidated basis as of any date of determination, the sum of (a) Consolidated Cash Interest Expense and (b) scheduled principal payments on Consolidated Total Debt for the four Fiscal Quarters most recently ended. Consolidated Debt Service means for any period the sum (without duplication) of Interest Expense, the interest portion of Financing Lease Obligations and required principal payments on long-term debt of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, determined on a consolidated basis.

For purposes of this (S)9. 5, Consolidated Cash Flow, Annual Unfunded Capital Expenditure Reserve and Consolidated Debt Service shall each be adjusted on a proforma basis to account for Real Estate Assets acquired during such prior fiscal quarter by projecting the results generated by each such acquired Real Estate Asset for the portion of the quarter during which it was owned or ground-leased by the Borrower over the entire quarter. More Definitions of Consolidated Debt Service Consolidated Debt Service means, with respect to the Company and the Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis for any period, Cash Interest Expense for such period plus scheduled principal amortization of Consolidated Debt for such period (it being understood that scheduled principal amortization does not include balloon payments (for purposes of this definition, "balloon payments" shall not include any scheduled repayment installment of such Indebtedness for borrowed money which forms part of the balloon) or any prepayments).

2(ii) and 7B. 2(v) during the most recent four consecutive calendar quarters and (d) treating the principal amount of all Indebtedness outstanding as of such date of determination under a revolving credit or similar agreement (other than the Indebtedness incurred pursuant to Section 7B. 2(ii) and Section 7B. 2(v)) as maturing and becoming due and payable on the scheduled maturity date or dates thereof (including the maturity of any payment required by any commitment reduction or similar amortization provision), without regard to any provision permitting such maturity date to be extended (except for such extensions as may be made in the sole discretion of the borrower thereunder and without any conditions that remain to be fulfilled by the borrower or waived by the lender thereunder). Consolidated Debt Service for any period means (a) Consolidated Interest Expense for such period plus (b) the aggregate amount of scheduled principal payments of Indebtedness (excluding optional prepayments and scheduled principal payments in respect of any Indebtedness which is payable in a single installment at final maturity) required to be made during such period by the Borrower or any of its consolidated Subsidiaries.
