The Certificate of Formation (or Certificate of Incorporation) which is registered and filed with the Delaware Secretary of State can contain the names of the initial directors or members of the company. Alternatively, it can be filed anonymously; that is, without naming the directors or members on the certificate. Many people elect the anonymous option to preserve their privacy. If you elect to have an "anonymous" certificate, obtain a private document (not filed with the Secretary of State) which names the initial directors or members. You will need this for purposes such as opening bank accounts and entering contracts. If you form a stock corporation or not-for-profit, you will be required to name the officers and directors of the corporation when the annual report is due, even though you are not required to name them on the Certificate of Incorporation. If you form a Delaware LLC, you will not be required to file an annual report in Delaware and the names of the members of the company can remain private.
My job is one that I'm constantly stressed about to the point where my husband volunteers to help me and gets burnt out in ten minutes while I'm panicking to rush to get things done that are late (projects and the like). My job is stealing his wife from him. When I'm not on the clock, I'm cleaning, or decluttering, or painting rooms, or doing chores, or just any manner of home improvement. I love when he's at work and I have a day off because I don't feel guilty when I'm working on fixing up this hunk of junk we basically inherited (with a mortgage). I enjoy doing domestic things, I enjoy the dishes and the laundry and even the emotionally taxing job of removing wallpaper. I like cleaning the cage of our pet rodent, and prepping and cooking dinner. I like meal planning and grocery shopping. Basically, I love being a housewife. It's fulfilling to me, it's all I ever wanted to do with the exception of maybe being a freelance artist, but that's honestly secondary. I want to be a stay at home mom, someday.
